Support Worker
As a support worker, I provide assistance and care to individuals with various needs, helping them to achieve their goals by ensuring they feel safe, valued, and as independent as possible. Through my role, I promote independence, improve function, and ensure people with disabilities can participate fully in life.
At 18 years of age, I am new to this field, having only just stated with my current workplace. My role involves developing the responsibility to assist with personal care, transportation, household chores, and provide general physical and emotional support when needed.
As someone who is studying a degree in Occupational Therapy, I have a passion for helping others in finding and maintaining a sense of purpose, independence, and fulfilment, particularly when they are faced with challenges due to injury, illness, or disability. I have a strong sense of compassion and focus closely on fostering an environment of respect and connection by providing a safe and positive environment.
I believe that by helping others engage in meaningful activities that are both important to their well-being and quality of life, this can help individuals regain a sense of purpose and reach their full potential. I am both grateful and honoured to be part of this journey of helping others, and am committed to supporting them every step of the way in achieving their goals and enhancing their lives.

Tony Decelis
Support Worker Profile
Hi, I’m Tony Decelis. I’m a dedicated and compassionate support worker with a strong commitment
to making a real difference in people’s lives. I hold current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and
Medication Administration, and I’ve also completed Behaviour Support Training to better assist
individuals with complex needs in a safe and respectful way.
I have all the necessary clearances to work in the disability sector, including a NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and a National Police Clearance. I also have a full driver’s licence, which means I can offer safe and reliable transport to appointments, community events, and social outings.
My Skills and Approach
• Person-Centred Support: I take the time to get to know each person I support, tailoring my approach to suit their goals, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Behaviour Support: I’m trained in responding to behaviours of concern and use positive support strategies to create calm and supportive environments.
• Medication Support: I’m confident and careful when it comes to administering medications and always follow proper procedures.
• Communication & Empathy: I value clear, respectful communication and believe in truly listening to the people I support. • Transport & Community Access: I’m happy to provide transport and help people get out and about safely and comfortably.
Why I Do Support Work I’ve always been someone who values connection, trust, and making a difference in people’s everyday lives. Support work gives me the opportunity to do exactly that — to walk alongside people as they grow in confidence, achieve their goals, and feel more empowered in their own lives. I enjoy building strong, respectful relationships and creating a space where people feel safe, heard, and supported. Knowing that I can help someone feel more independent or simply brighten their day is what drives me to do this work.
What I Offer
I bring:
• A calm, reliable, and friendly presence
• A flexible, person-first approach
• Experience and training to support safely and effectively
• A strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
• A commitment to treating everyone with respect and kindness. Whether it’s helping with daily routines, community access, behaviour support, or just being someone dependable to rely on, I’m here to offer support that’s genuine, respectful, and empowering.

Hey, I'm Jesse. I'm 26 years old and I am incredibly excited to be a new team member at Jupiter Supports.
I've always had a passion for helping others and wanting to make a difference in other peoples.
I'm currently studying youth work with a primary focus on youth justice and juvenile corrections rehabilitation as well as being a mentor and support worker with Jupiter Supports.
I come from a larger family and have grown up around disabilities such as bipolar and autism so I understand how difficult it can be to live with a disability, no matter how small. But while it can be difficult, it can also be very rewarding and I think that is a big part of why I wanted a career in an industry such as youth work and now disability.
I also have a lot of experience with mental health and ASD and I'm very invested in the outcomes of the participants I work with.
